For your vet consults or emergency fund access, there are no breed, age, pre-existing conditions restrictions, credit check, or pre qualification required. There is also no need to meet a deductible or waiting long periods of time for a claim to be processed after paying out of pocket on a vet clinic. If you have an emergency and our vets refer you to a clinic, we cover your invoice up to $3,000 with our emergency fund. You leave the clinic with the bill paid.
 
 

You can contact our vet immediately after signing up and downloading our mobile app. After you log in and select ‘Talk to Vet now’ on the home page or the chat history tab you are immediately connected to our professionals.

You begin to set up your account by adding your personal details and verifying your registration with a link sent to your email. Then you will be directed to create your pet(s) profile(s) and to our checkout page to select between our two payment options for annual or monthly. Once your purchase is complete, you will have access to your account on the website and will be sent a link to download our mobile app. After you complete your membership purchase, you will receive a link to download the mobile app from your iPhone App Store or Google Play Store on Android.

Yes! Your covered pets are protected under the emergency fund and unlimited chats with our vets regardless of their age, breed, or any pre-existing conditions.

OneVet’s membership covers up to 6 cats or dogs for 24/7/365 access to chat live with our licensed veterinarians, a $3,000 yearly emergency fund for financial protection, along with vaccine tracking and reminders.
